After hours care

If you need to speak to a physician after clinic hours, please call (612) 379-1119. Our phones are answered at all times, and you will be referred to the on-call physician. In case of an emergency, call 911.

Insurance Verification

North Memorial Clinic accepts most major health care insurance plans and we will file your insurance claims for you. Please bring your insurance card each time you visit.

Our Providers

 

Joseph Gasik, MD

Joseph Gasik graduated from St. Thomas University and received his medical degree from Marquette University School of Medicine in Milwaukee. He completed an internship at St. Mary's Hospital in Minneapolis. Dr. Gasik is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. His professional memberships include the Minnesota Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians and the Hennepin County Medical Society.
 

Mary Y. Moon, MD

Mary Moon is a family physician whose interest in ambulatory medicine is broad. Her special interests include patient education, parenting, healthy lifestyles, nutrition, women's health, and family dynamics affecting emotional and physical health.
Dr. Moon completed her residency at the University of Minnesota Smiley's clinic and has additional training in medicine-pediatrics. Dr. Moon is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. She received her medical degree from Kon-Kuk University in South Korea.
A second-generation Korean-American, she is bilingual. She grew up in the Washington, D.C. area and also lived in New Jersey and New York before establishing residency in Minnesota in 2003.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter, exercising, playing the violin, sewing, learning about foods and exploring restaurants.
 

Jenna Pfannenstein

Jenna Pfannenstein is a family medicine physician assistant with special clinical interests in acute care, adolescent and women's health, as well as dermatology. She enjoys building new patient relationships and spending enough time with each person to truly understand the issues involved. Jenna's goal is to care for the whole patient by addressing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health. In addition, she enjoys educating patients on how to maintain healthy lifestyles.
Jenna holds a bachelor's degree in biomedical science. Additionally, she received a master's degree in physician assistant studies from the Augsburg College PA Program in 2011.
She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. Her professional affiliations include the Minnesota Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Personal interests include relaxing at her family's lake-cabin, enjoying the outdoors, playing the piano, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
