To schedule an appointment, please call 763-533-8666. If you require immediate care during clinic hours, call right away. We will assess your medical needs and offer advice accordingly, If the provider you wish to see is unavailable, we can suggest another clinic provider to care for you.

After hours

If you need to speak to a physician after clinic hours, please call (763) 533-8666. Our phones are answered at all times, and you will be referred to the on-call physician. In case of an emergency, call 911.

Insurance Verification

North Memorial Clinic accepts most major health care insurance plans, and we will file your insurance claims for you. Just bring your insurance card each time you visit. For more information, please call (763) 533-8666.

Our Providers

 

Beth Rahberg, PA-C

Beth Rahberg is a nationally certified Physician Assistant who completed her training at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Having served in Brooklyn Center since 1999, she appreciates the clinic's diversity and her personal relationships with patients and colleagues. Special medical interests include prevention for all ages, diabetes care and mental health. Beth and her husband enjoy camping, hiking and gardening with their two children.
 

Duane Orn, MD

Duane Orn specializes in family practice and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School. Dr. Orn's professional affiliations include the American Medical Association, Minnesota Medical Association, Hennepin County Medical Association. He is board certified and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He has been a physician in Brooklyn Center for many years and is actively involved in many Brooklyn Center organizations.
 

Erik S. Haugland, MD

Erik S. Haugland, MD started his life on a farm in northwest Iowa. After completing medical school at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California, he moved to Minnesota and completed his training in Family Medicine through the North Memorial Family Medicine Residency program. He and his partner have now settled in Brooklyn Center, MN.
Erik spends his time at North Memorial Clinic, Brooklyn Center and North Memorial Clinic, Brooklyn Park while continuing to practice inpatient medicine at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale.
Dr. Haugland enjoys Family Medicine for the wide variety of patients and challenges that this field presents. Specific areas of medical interest include geriatrics, sexual health and international medicine.
In his spare time, Erik is an avid outdoors enthusiast and enjoys biking, backpacking, kayaking, swimming, skiing and gardening
 

Joseph Sicora, MD

Joseph Sicora specializes in family practice and has special interest in the areas of hypertension and cholesterol. He is a certified geriatric specialist. He graduated from the University of Minnesota and completed both an internship and a residency at North Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Sicora also works part time as a Hospice Medical Director and is a member of the AAHPM. His other professional affiliations include the American Medical Association and American Academy of Family Physicians. He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is involved in educating new physicians through the University of Minnesota Department of Family Practice and Community Health.
 

Mai See Thao, PA

Mai See Thao is a certified physician assistant who graduated from the Augsburg PA Program in 2007. After graduating from the physician assistant program, she joined the Cedar Riverside People's Center in order to provide care for the increasing Somali and East African patient population in south Minneapolis. Her primary interests include providing preventive care and managing chronic conditions. She is fluent in Hmong and English and hopes to be able to overcome cultural and linguistic barriers, which have prevented minorities from seeking quality, effective health care.
