North Memorial Ambulance Service

When someone is injured and access to timely treatment is critical, the expertise of a North Memorial Ambulance Service crew is invaluable. Based in the Twin Cities, North Memorial operates more than 120 ground vehicles, transporting more than 70,000 patients annually.

Just as North Memorial Medical Center has achieved the highest rating available for trauma care – Level I Trauma Center – North Memorial Ambulance has achieved the highest professional designation possible. We are one of fewer than 100 medical transportation providers in the United States that has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS) and the one of the only such ambulance services in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

This means that our service has met the gold standard determined by the ambulance industry to be essential for a modern emergency medical services provider. These standards often exceed those established by state or local regulation.
